I had the BEST experience buying my first home through Bay Equity. Layla and her team set me up for success no matter how many obstacles we encountered, and we encountered more than a few. I cant express how much I appreciate their willingness to answer every single question I could come up with no matter what time of day it was! Not only were Layla and her team professional and helpful in every way but they were always warm, friendly and never made me feel dumb when I didn't know or understand something. I know that there are many competent mortgage professionals out there, but there are none better than Laura and her team at Bay Equity Home Loans in Gillette. They were absolutely flawless in their handling of our purchase transaction. We were selling a house, buying a house, and moving over a thousand miles, and the mortgage process was the only part with no stress at all. I highly recommend Laura T. at Fidelity in Gillette. I was given 3 different loan agent names. Laura was the first person I called (since she was the highest recommendation) and she was the only one who called me back. My family and I are moving to Wyoming from out of state so we were a little nervous about doing everything remote but with the help of Laura, everything went so smooth! Her and her team are extremely responsive and easy to work with. They explain everything so it's easy to understand. She answered all of our questions with ease. She knows what she's doing and I will recommend her to anybody I meet who's interested in purchasing in the area. 10/10 would use again!

Being able to communicate with Layla and Amanda two of Bay Equity Home Loans’ representatives was a good experience. This experience has made me more aware and understanding while participating in this home buying process. Their open line of communication was welcoming as they answered the questions and concerns, I had during the process through detail explanations. I have learned a lot during these discussions; and at no time it ever felt difficult to communicate with Layla and Amanda, to ask for clarification of any part of the process that I don’t understand. They have been very helpful to me. This has been a close to a month journey an enjoyable one and with that said, if the chance present itself I will be the first to recommend Bay Equity Home Loans because the people are the ones that makes the company.

I absolutely LOVED Layla!! I would give her 10 stars if I could. Communication was on point answered my call every single time regardless where she was at & always always made me feel like my family & I was her number 1 priority (even though I’m sure she was balancing 100s of other clients😂) We always felt like she was on our side & she was a bulldog on making sure we Were given the best of the best rates & treatment! Things looked good for us early on in our home loan application process, but then we hit a roadblock. Any other lender surely would have dropped us right then and there, but our Bay Equity loan officer Layla Kelley put in the extra effort to determine several possible ways forward for us. None of them were an easy fix, but instead of simply giving up, Layla offered paths for us to salvage our application. Rather than simply cast us aside, Layla worked hard to throw us a lifeline. For her tenacity and problem-solving nature alone, she deserves the highest of praise, but she was also very generous with her time and support and she was genuinely sympathetic to the stresses of being an applicant. Any time my wife or I had a question or needed clarification, Layla was quick to reply, often on nights and weekends. She clearly understood and addressed all of our concerns. Layla also sent messages of reassurance out of the blue, just to let us know that she understood the underwriting process was a lot of work, but that she and her team would be there to support us every step of the way. We ended up having to provide nearly 80 documents (tax forms, bank statements, various agreements), but her team (we worked with Amanda and Annalies) made even that monumental task appear seamless. All three of these ladies are absolutely at the top of their games. There is no doubt that they are also working hard to make your dreams a reality. There is no better team in the home loan game, and no one better to helm it than Layla Kelley. We consider it a blessing to have crossed paths with her!
