Security State Bank-Gillette, Gillette, WY

Used to love this bank and I've been a customer from right after they opened up ,but as of the last couple months they seem to like putting their customers second to their employees...two Monday holidays in a row they decided to go ahead and be closed on Saturday as well ..which makes the customer have to wait 4 days instead of three to have a bank to take care of business. Almost every other bank in Gillette is open during these Saturdays but not my bank ...so I'm pretty sure I'm changing banks after this Tuesday!

Awesome experience. I love when you walk in and they know your name. Luke is a great president also. I recommend SSB to anyone looking for a great bank.

I have been a customer since they opened and just because I support Trumps emigration policy I was thrown out of the bank and the manager called the police. I guess if you don't love illegals then you can't bank there.

Great local bank with employees who truly care about their customers. My only complaint is the technology. The app and website go down frequently.

I had banked here for years. Finally came to my senses and switched banks because of the lack of professionalism and also privacy. I would never recommend this bank to anyone!

Allways locks my card up when I’m out of town but has never prevented an actual fraud. They stranded me in Denver but allowed somebody to use my card for weeks in nyc with no warning or card lock up. There security only prevents you from using your money as you see fit.
