Miranda and the Team at Guild Mortgage were great to work with through our recent project with them. The documents were processed timely, they answered any question I had, and we closed on the exact date we needed to. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free experience.

Miranda was wonderful to work with! We had a contingency to sell our house before buying another and even when weeks were going by waiting for my house to sell, she was calling weekly just to check in. She always answered my questions and explained everything to me. I really appreciated how she went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible. I was very surprised at how smoothly it went as my last home buying experience wasn't as pleasant. I would highly recommend her, in fact my daughter is using her to buy a house as well.

Don't let these people run your credit.... My husband and I called to get a mortgage. We talked to Miranda she seemed great at first and all welling to answer our questions until we let her run our credit. Then we tried calling she told us the best way to reach her was email because they were doing construction. She responded to one email after that and then nothing from her she wouldn't answer the phone or email.. Few weeks no response from her. We contacted a different bank and had a pre approval in 3 days!

Great experience with Miranda and everyone at Guild Mortgage. Very friendly and helpful. I always heard it was a pain to buy a house, but that was not my experience. Very quick and enjoyable experience.

I tired 3 years ago to go through you guys and missed out on a home because my application or the process took 2 weeks before Miranda pre approved me, no big deal. So over a week ago to two weeks I decide to try and go through you guys again with my husband this time to see if we could get pre approved for a home loan. You guys ran our credit and of course it docked it a few points and got a denial email. When my husband tried to call and follow up with you guys for a detailed explanation as to why, we were never given an explanation or a call back when he was told numerous times that he would receive a call back from the only person that’s able to Miranda. That’s fine, but very unprofessional and very discriminating. People recommend you and say you’re good I’ve had 2 bad experiences. Very disappointing and disheartening, how hard is it to take 5 minutes out of your busy schedule and call someone back? If you could receive no stars rating you would get it, for no effort.... thanks for reviewing my review.
