Would leave 0 stars if possible.So I'm completely down with small businesses/banks but I honestly have never had such problems/lack of help from a bank as I have with bank of the west.Alot of banks in town have closed their lobby/closed completely and I was turned down from simply attempting to attain a roll of quarters as I do not ha e an account at bank of the west and my bank is closed.There has been multiple times dealing with this bank with them being completely inconsiderate and running things like no other bank I have ever seen.If you have an option, do yourself a favor and choose one of the other options in town.Not a good way in the least to "advertise" your bank.

If you like being treated as a second class citizen by someone who barely speaks English . . . this is the bank for you.

Not the greatest customer service. Constantly waiting for help, and when you get help you get attitude.
