Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union, Jackson, WY

May as well be a big bank. They don't care at all about their customers. you are just a number to them. Ask for help and they will quickly tell you that they're done speaking with you. Very transactional. I would recommend literally any other bank in Jackson over Meridian. The VP of the Jackson brach is a poor representation of our community.

Best customer service. Gives meaning to Credit Union, not Bank. Dave & Eva are all the best.

Opened an account and did not use it for a year. Was not made aware of a “dormant” fee at time of sign up or via email. They basically just stole our checking account money. This credit union is just a terrible as other banks. No apologies offered of course.

These folks are the best! Always helpful, even when I didnt know I needed help. Saving me money, but helping me earn it too with great rates on loans and savings/checking accounts.
