Blue Federal Credit Union - UW Plaza, Laramie, WY

Worst Banking experience I have ever had! Will negatively talk to everyone about. Did not care what so ever. Even laughed at me over the phone! Horrible customer service!

They are the worst organization I've ever had to work with by far. Working with their "call center' is a joke at best, full on scam at worst. I'd been hung up on more times than I can count over a period of weeks trying to get some account information, and when I finally did get a human on the other end that didn't immediately hang up after stating my intentions, they refused to talk to me. After I took time off work to go in person to close the account, they repeatedly kept calling me, blaming my issues on "poor training". Best part is almost a month after I closed my account I got the statement documents in the mail that I'd asked for 4 months previous. Icing on the cake, new credit union I went to had everything resolved and setup WITHIN 30 MINUTES.

Danny, is by far the best Teller at Blue FCU in Laramie. I can see him outside of his job and tell him I need something done and he will call me next day to get it taken care of. He goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of. This guy needs to go places within Blue. He sets the standards of how a credit union should be ran. Great job Danny. Thank you for your phenomenal work.

This was going to be my new Credit Union but when no one answered the phone at the branch and I waited on hold for over 1.5 hours for the call center to answer I knew there customer service would not live up to my expectations. Do not waste your time with this sorry business.

Was trying to resolve an issue with my Loan acct. spent over 45 minutes 3 times on hold... they dont even open until 10 AM and close at 5. terrible customer service and very unprofessional. will be taking my loan to a new bank.... simple questions take them all day to give you an answer..

Dealing with Joe from your establishment is absolutely dreadful. I am constantly getting the run around from him every time I make a car payment. Joe is rude, impatient and gives off an all around bad look for your company. Absolutely ridiculous!

Not sure why people are complaining so much about this location. Went in today and everybody was super friendly and the service was super fast. Love Blue FCU!
