I have a lovely experience every. single. time. I go to UniWyo...and I am not even a member! (not YET!...they are offering $100 to join this month!)
I am a member of a credit union out of state and UniWyo does "shared banking" with other credit unions. They still treat me like a member!

I have banked here for years and recently it has gone extremely downhill. The lack of honesty and integrity of the staff is more than enough reason to want to move banks. I don’t want to have money in a place where I can’t trust them.
I understand finding good staff is difficult these days, but sending out incorrect mailings with offers that don’t exist. Then when I call to sign up for the offer they said I must not be telling the truth, since they haven’t sent it out in years. I even sent a photo of the mailer with the date stamp from the post office they just go silent.
Checks deposited via the app well within the daily or monthly amount are rejected but when I call and let them know that I’m within the parameters and send a screen shot. They call me back and say I didn’t fill out the check correctly vs just owning up to the mistake they made (the check was filled out correctly). I resubmitted the check same as before and it was accepted. It is okay to make mistakes but to make up lies isn't.
So frustrating to see a bank I have enjoyed for years becoming untrustworthy.

UniWyo is an amazing credit union with amazing people! I highly recommend checking them out for all your financial needs. They are Wyoming based and give back to their communities in a big way!

Pretty pleased with the service I receive here. Staff is helpful, what they don't readily know, they find out. They have kept every commitment they have made and are simply pleasant to work with. Anyone still doing business with the likes of welcome to fargo should seriously consider the services of a credit union, UniWyo in particular.

I had been very discouraged while adjusting to all the changes taking place since the bank merger. But, the manager herself reached out and was very kind and understanding of my concerns and we were able to have a very good conversation and I felt that she listened and addressed my frustrations very well.
That was the Uniwyo I was used to banking with them for 10 years now. So while there are growing pains, and tweaks still happening. I was good to see they still cared and were willing to reach out to a individual account holder who they easily could have ignored.

Sorry guys. I rarely leave bad reviews. Everybody on the first floor of Uniwyo is fantastic. Anytime you need help with normal lobby banking and drive-through. Fantastic!
But, anytime you need any help with a loan, ITS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Well, I should say other than a mortgage which DAN helped us with….He Did a great job!! But, the auto loan/title people…. They make it as difficult as possible for what should be a simple, straight forward process. Extremely difficult from the beginning. Now It’s been months and I’m still getting letters about needing more info for the loan. And then when you call, nobody calls you back. I’ve been calling all week, finally on Wednesday at almost 5 o’clock someone finally called back!! I Couldn’t get any answers to my questions… but at least I got a call back!
I will be looking for a new bank with a more experienced loan/title staff that is better equipped to handle simple, straight forward loan needs.
BAD LOAN EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME. ☹️

The one good experience I’ve had was today. I have been calling for months about issues with fees on my accounts to no avail. Today Addy finally helped me figure it out and I could not be more grateful. Be careful about signing up for overdraft protection!! ITS NOT WORTH IT.
