Pinnacle Bank, Moorcroft, WY

I would love to give them zero stars. They are the dumbest people I've ever had to deal with. We tried to cash a check from a college that we have cashed there several times and they say it's fraudulent all of a sudden. Not only that but they're very rude and I will never be going back there.

Worst bank ever. Terrible service and very rude. How is my own signature fraudulent? My family needs these funds so they put it on a hold. First it was 5 days then 7 days then 10 days. Negative stars.
