When I was trying to start my credit, they gave me a chance on a loan. And recently, they helped get my new card to me speedy fast. I had it within a day and I live over 200 miles from this branch. Thank you for your awesome service!!

The banking staff is very helpful but the home loan lady doesn't return calls until after hours and is never available during business hours. If it weren't for the friendly banking staff we would've switched banks.

Pinnacle Bank is exceptional. A family owned system who really cares about its local communities. I opened accounts here today and was blown away by the personal service and kindness. Crystal took care of me and carefully guided me through all of my options. I felt like I was one of the family. She then had the President come in for an introduction. This bank is a breath of fresh air - I can see why the bank’s name is seen throughout the community of Newcastle. Thanks for a great experience!
