Maureen was such a great help in securing a home loan in a timely fashion. When we ran into bumps she was quick at getting solutions to smooth them out. She was especially helpful in helping us understand some of the more confusing steps in the process, and the difference between a VA and conventional, and had a great grasp on both types. She was more than just someone working on our loan she was our friend and often checked on us to see how we were doing and we couldn’t have felt more appreciated! I believe using Mortgage Solutions Financial Solutions-Powell was the best decision I could have made in my home buying process. Not only was Brandon and staff informative and helpful, knowing this is a local branch, it made me me feel comfortable and safe that I was in good hands and I would not be taken advantage of. I came into the process of buying a home knowing nothing, less than nothing actually. At first, I contacted a different company that I was told was local. After running my credit and letting me know what I pre-qualified for, I received almost no assistance. Literally one sentence answers, did not help my confidence. After finding a home and wanting to put a offer on, it My realtor contacted her to get some paperwork started, took a couple days to get a response, and when she did respond, she said she needed to run my credit again.
