I’ve never experienced such exceptional customer service until I went to the Bank of Commerce. The staff there treat you like family. They are all so nice and are ready and willing to help in any way they can. My husband and I recently refinanced our home with Bank of Commerce and received unparalleled service and attention. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process seem effortless.

Bank of Commerce is my bank. One thing I have always loved about it is the community involvement and now I get the pleasure of being involved in that on behalf of the bank. I give BOC 5 stars because the customer service is top-notch and I watch our staff go above and beyond every day in every department. The leadership is not afraid to work hard alongside the employees and there isn't a better place to work. BOC works in our community for our community.

They made a big mistake of of giving a cashier's check without signature i realized it was like that when I tried to cash it out this is inconvenient for me waste of time because they forgot to sigh it very incompetent they should be careful how they do things
