Had to go through acfcu for a loan and the people were very nice and helpful. I hate that I cannot make deposits into the ATM, that the lobby seems to be closed more often than not and that they aren't open for at least half day on Saturdays....which again wouldn't bother me if I could make deposits at the ATM.

The people who work here are friendly, but the bank itself is terrible. I always have problems using this card out of town if I forget to give notice or use a separate app to let them know. The balances take forever to update. Their online account information is so slow to update, and is usually inaccurate unless you wait a couple of days for it to catch up. The capabilities of banking in other areas outside of the three branches here are severely lacking as well. If you want to bank only in this area and never anywhere else, you’ll probably love it. I wanted to love it, but have been disappointed year after year. Today that finally ends. And so will the costly surprises. There are better options in town. Please take your money there.

I've been using this credit union for a while, but in the past three years my debit card has been declined at least once a semester while I'm at school. I have enough money in my account to cover what I am buying, but for some reason I always get a declined error once a semester since I left for college

I have always had great service at the credit union in the past. The lenders there are good to work with and their pricing is competitive.

Everyone there is always willing to help you no matter how busy they are!! Highly recommended!!
