Explained everything plainly and a wonderful personality. I would say she had a good bit of experience and I felt like I got what I needed comfortably at a fair rate. This was my first ever loan, I had never even applied for one. I will not even consider going to anyone else to get a loan. Very, very satisfied.

Useless if you are self-employed as they have very little capability to verify income without a pay stub. Communication is difficult as they refuse to use email. They only call when convenient for them and usually that means during work hours when you can't always get to the phone.
