Melissa Morris at Mortgage Solutions is the best. Incredibly helpful friendly and honest. We had different experiences with other lending solution companies that were pretty awful. Malissa dealt graciously with our ignorance and didn’t make us feel stupid while at the same time had all the accurate and appropriate paperwork assembled. Overall the process was incredibly less tedious than expected or experienced in the past.
