Utah Power Credit Union/PowerTrust, Rock Springs, WY

Well I guess it’s an ok place to just keep your money if that’s what you’re looking for. However don’t plan on any great care. Had a savings account, after several months opened a checking. Here’s how it went. First off the person who opened it gave us absolutely NO info. or details on how the account worked, do we need to keep a balance in it? Will there be fees? What ATM’s can we use? I, foolishly assumed info. would be mailed to us. Nope. 6 weeks later still no info AND NO Debit Card. I call. Apologies, we will “Rush” your cards!! 16 days later it arrives. When I say “it” I mean ONE card, even though we verified both names on the account, yes 2 cards and yes the address is the same for both but alas, apparently my husband and I need to share a card. Called again asking nicely if maybe they could spare another card, ya know, if it’s not to much hassle. Apologies, we will “Rush” you one. Not holding my breath. Prbly. start shopping around. Pretty fly by night operation goin on over there. Either that or ZERO training, either way,… good luck.

Horrible service and dont treat you with any respect. A simple phone call back is apparently too much to ask for anymore in tjis town.
