I am disheartened to see the one-star review of First Federal Home Loans left by a dissapointed community member. First Federal has been phenomonal during our purchase and refinancing. Banks cannot loan on certain building types or conditions, but it shouldn't be vented as a refection of the hard working employees of the bank. Each employee I've talked to or communicated with has been professional, knowledgeable, and very willing to help within their capacities. I strongly recommend considering First Federal to handle your home loan needs if your potential purchase is within their lending abilties.

Apparently they cannot lend on older homes with mild defferer maintnence.
