The tellers at the window and who ever answers the phone are consistently rude and NOT customer/client friendly. Probably a classism issue. Need to work to solve the attitude problem. Ridiculous for a small town.
But the only reason i bank with them is there isnt really a lot of options here. US or pinnacle are more abroad so we might try them. PVB dont even help answer questions about their own updates.

Day after holiday. Busy with short on staff but I was able to get my task accomplished.

If I could give negative stars, I would! Their debit/credit cards don't function half the time, and the other half, their website goes down! There are other banks in town, avoid this one!

I moved out of state, but still have family here. I kept my checking account open just in case I needed to move back, but all has been going good where I am and have been using a different bank where I live.
Anyway this bank has had the audacity to start charging me a $10 a month "inactivity fee", which is ridiculous, so I came back to town on Father's day weekend with plans to close my account here for good on Monday.
I get here at 9:10am and they are closed for Juneteenth even though they have a sign clearly posted that they had special hours from 8am to noon today.
Then I find out the drive thru is only open, which is not stated ANYWHERE on the sign they posted at the door.
No personal bankers were in to help me close the account, and the teller, who was very nice and friendly, said the account is frozen in a dormant state and couldn't touch my money without a personal banker there....
Of course this happens on the day I'm leaving back out of state with no way to get the rest of my money in hand today.
The thing I'm most upset about is the sign at the door being wrong and misleading, and the fact I have to try to handle this all on the phone or go out of my way to waste the time and gas to come back here at a later date. Not cool!

Professional & friendly!
As a Dutchie living in Torrington, WY, I had no credit score and wanted to buy a house. What to do? If you're taking notes, "talk to your trusted local bank" would be the right answer! Ashlee Arrants made it happen for us and we just bought the house we love.
I had a ton of (newbie) questions and we always just could walk in for a face to face talk.
Can I think of anything negative? Not really. Other that their free pen ran out of ink.
TL;DR? We're happy with PV Bank and intend to stay with them.

We worked with Ashlee on our home loan and we couldn't have been happier. She made sure we understood our options, kept us up to date, and was professional and personable!
