I have been working with CH B for a few years now. They have always been very professional and helpful in our working relationship. They offer programs a lot of my other lenders don't. I can see a continued solid working relationship for years to come!

I love working CH Brown! They're always fast and efficient, they answer all my questions thoroughly. They're good people too, that always helps. Haven't really run into any issues with them, they're straight shooters and honest.

Sounds like I am not alone! To start, my monthly payment was much more than it should have been with no explanation from CH Brown. They could only come up with a GPS fee but that would not come close to explaining the over charge. Next I was told that I would not have to pay a early payment penalty. However, when I asked for a payment amount I was told that I DO have an early payment penalty. In addition to that penalty of almost $1700.00 I was told that I have and additional $2,300.00 owed. When I asked what that was for they said that was GPS fees. Yup, there is that GPS fee again! Just another poor example of trying to take advantage of us. I have had this loan for only four months and to date have paid them $32,734.14 on a $30,000.00 loan. All my agreed upon payments were paid in a timely fashion to date,in addition i have paid off the entire principal balance and STILL they have attempted to unlawfully repossess (steal) my machine four different times to date. This company needs to be held accountable and WILL be held accountable. Class Action Suit anyone??
