Platte Valley Bank, Wheatland, WY

Update: this bank changed their app provider a few months back, and it can be coincidence or not, but ever since then my account has been hacked 4 times in less than half a year. They have a weak system to detect fraud. It is my first time dealing with a small bank and I'm sorry i didn't do it earlier! Amazing customer service! I can always get ahold of someone when I have a question, free check book, just the best reception when I come in person. I love this bank! Ps: a year later I have to say my account was hacked twice and this bank doesn't have anyone who can answer the phone on emergencies during the weekend. My card was hacked twice over a weekend so i was just left without access to my account Bigger banks would have had an emergency line to help you with these. Also i was out of the state and needed a wire transfer. Most banks let you do it online through the website . With them i had to sign a paper, so i had to find a place to print and ink sign and scan back. It was pretty inconvenient since I was on the road.
