Pinnacle Bank, Worland, WY

I've had two horrible experiences with this bank. The first I thought was just a mixup. Now I have learned how they operate. I had a personal account with money bank wired over from another personal account out of town. They promised the money would be cleared within 24 hours out took over a week. The second was with a loan officer treating me like I was nothing when I had collateral for the loan she continually asked for more and more info After days instead of just telling me straight forward. She was ridiculous and I know it is a small town but can she talk to someone else about what I'm doing with out my consent. Hopefully when I talk too the manager this issue is resolved I will post the update with the result.

They cash paychecks for free! Made my day. I even had it done in $2 bills.
