Whenever you go to the drive-through section to deposit money into your account without having to go inside the actual bank itself the employees are very considerate and take their time to make sure they help you with what you need to get done. And everytime I bring my dog in the car with me they give him a treat so he knows that going to the bank means free treats!

Just called. The guy hung up on me. Rudest customer service .

It would be nice if drive through would have more than 1 teller so it would run a little easier an faster. Why not have 1 teller per lane that is open?

Had a mix up on loan payment that could not be done online. Teller was able to fix problems and helped get payment made.

They cleaned inbetween customer short lines inside and long lines at drive up. Tellers were cheerful and curtious.

Absolute trash of a credit union. Was awesome when it was AlaskaUSA but since the switch and them firing a ton of people up in Alaska they have had terrible customer service, wait times are outrageous and the only reason I’m having to call is because they locked my card for a purchase that was completely normal. Second time they have done that in a month. Will be switching banks very very soon.

Since they become Global CU I have noticed a considerable decrease in customer service. Longer lines, fewer branches, longer phone wait times. Seems as corporations grow, profits take priority over people. Used to be such a great local bank with good service. Now, not so much :(

This bank was awesome until they switched over to Global Credit Union. My account keeps getting fraudulent charges on them, I can never log into my account on the app, and the app info about my bank account info is rarely correct. I am switching banks now. I'm done.
