Should be 0 stars but google wont let me......I honestly have no words for how horrible Alaska USA Mortgage is, We have had nothing but bad experiences and horrible customer service. I've never worked with a more incompetent company with people who don't give a damn about their costumers. Do not trust them with your money or time, they will lose and waste both.

Trying to close through them now and honestly I am livid. They call you from numbers that are routed to the main operator when you call them back. The operator never knows the name of who you're asking for. Then you can never reach the person you are trying to directly. It's always leave a message or voicemail especially when time is crucial. You are simply a number and their obviously used to inexperienced buyers that don't expect customer service. I'm a week from closing otherwise I'd bail.

I have always had good service here. My difficulty is with my bad money management skills, Not with the bank or it's employees. When I do mess up and embarrassed myself they don't even blink an eye to it...saving my pride from being hurt, and I like that. I do wish they opened earlier and stayed open later though.

This is the worst service ever, just to go sign papers we have been waiting for an hour! Don't waste your time here. There should be zero star option for this company.
