Seriously, why can't I call the branch directly in a town of 5000? All I want to do is verify my appointment day and time and I've been on hold for 20 minutes. Other than that, I love my Homer Branch for both my personal and business banking.

12 years ago when I moved to Soldotna from California, I opened an account with Alaska USA and have been with them ever since, even during the two years I spent in Auburn, Washington before moving back to the Kenai Peninsula. I can't think of one time that I have had a bad experience with the credit union as a company or the tellers & agents in one-on-one interactions. The only complaint I have is that I wish Alaska USA had more shared branches in the co-op for when I am traveling.

Came to Global Credit Union at the advice of my Real Estate agent. Agent told me they work quite well with agent to help buyer get a mortgage and work closely with buyer’s agent to make sure everything is in line all the way to settlement. So far working with Global CU has made my home purchase quite painless, even working 1/2 around the world from local branch.

**Update**
It took me an hour and a half to get my banking issue resolved and truly the first 3 people I spoke to were rude and unhelpful. When I finally spoke to a manager they were very kind, competent and extremely helpful. Seems like first draft customer service staff need coaching on how to be nice and caring towards clients.

Good people there. They're polite and very willing to help with whatever you need. I've never seen them behave as if someone was anything less than their most important customer at the moment. Great Management. No BS added with their services. Straight forward and makes sense policies. That's refreshing in Today's Climate. I say keep up the great work, Ladies Gentlemen.
