Cashed a check yesterday in the drive thru for my husband. Put the envelope in my purse without checking it. Well l wish I would have due to the fact the lady shorted me 100.00. And didn't notice until l got home. Of course the bank was closed so I had to wait till morning. Spoke with Bryan and he called back 10 minutes later saying the lady's drawer wasn't over! I said well I was shorted and it wasn't me. He said he'd look more into it and call me back between 5:30-6 pm. Of course he never called back. Be careful when getting money back from this bank! Count it before you leave cause something isn't adding up. Somebody isn't being honest and maybe sticky fingers. I've never had this happen ever at a bank and I'm not happy!

Growing up in Homer, I've always loved this Wells Fargo. I love the snacks and the people and the atmosphere. There are gorgeous murals high above the reception area. Everything is open and yet seems private. Every person I've talked to is always willing to talk about their day and connect with you as best as possible.
Even though I'm able to do everything online, I much prefer going to the bank itself because the staff here are excellent and I always linger an extra minute to catch up with the tellers.

These people misplaced the entire balance of my savings account and intentionally ignored my calls when I tried to get some help resolving that issue. I was also charged a few undisclosed fees that were waived once I questioned them. I've called the Homer branch for assistance on some other issues and never been assisted with any of them. I strongly urge anyone to take their business elsewhere unless you like having your money lost or stolen and being ignored.

We needed a loan to secure a title. Jesse Hurness helped us on this, and, the next day, helped us navigate through corporate for a second loan for a new RV. We got hometown service 3300 miles from home.
Thanks Jesse for navigating what could have been a daunting paper chase, when time was of the essence.

Great staff! Great bank! I’m always treated very well, very nice people, friendly, smart, quick and effective! Even one time when the system was down, they managed to do the job well.

You know you are in Alaska even in the bank! What a lovely painting. The lady helped me today was super friendly. I just wish they have more ATM for self service.
