Is there no way of contacting a particular branch? It would be a lot more convenient with things relative to a branch and not the whole corporation and or only handling account through someone over the phone. Tried calling to reschedule my appointment but could never get a hold of the proper people. Maybe I took wrong route of contacting?

Bryce C. is amazing! He was super friendly, I showed up at 5:38- just minuets before closing; I was getting my daughters account going, had lots of questions; he went above and beyond what other bank tellers normally do for their customers at closing time! He was most amazing and very helpful. We just wanted to give him a shout out for his great customer service! Thank you Bryce C!! Your customer service is outstanding!

The past two visits to this location have been poor. Always too busy to help. The stressed staff comes across as rude. If it happens again I will take this to the next level with corporate. I have been a member for over thirty years and don't deserve be treated poorly

There’s has been a recent social security issue that I have noticed, I have had a couple people close to me go in to open an account and when you guys put their social security number in it pops up as a whole different person and I’m not sure why this is but it’s quite annoying considering my fiancé wants to make an account with you guys and had to go all the way up to anchorage just to figure out that nothing is wrong with her social security number and that it shouldn’t pop up as anyone else.!
