Love my bank - never had an issue in all the times I've banked with them. They do go above and beyond with their services which I really appreciate very much! It was all because of Art Dull (relative) who was a Supervisor in Bethel - my oldest brother recommended I bank there many years ago! Thank you FNBA!

Can never get ahold of the people you need, call leave a message, call leave a message, then it takes them 2 days to get back to me when It’s an emergency mortgage situation

Internet & website hours are incorrect. No hours posted Came all the way for nothing. Yet perhaps it's a good thing, I noticed the ATM no longer takes deposits. Won't be opening any accounts here.
