Am not happy. I have been trying to reach district number for 2 days spent 2 hours on hold. Day before after 30 minute wait reached someone and found out my card had unauthorized use in some other state. The young women that helped me find that out. Stopped my account and issued new card to be sent. Gave me the number for district office and said I needed to report the unauthorized use to tbem. Now I am stuck as no one answers.

You will be hard pressed to find a friendlier, timely, professional experience elsewhere that begins to approach the level found at the Kenai, Alaska location. It is the type of place that gets to know you and your needs, and will present you with products and services you never would have thought of without coming across as a used car lot. I wish all banks could be this one.
