Every single time I try to pay rent through paypal my mvfcu card gets denied and listed as fraud. I call...they say it should work now....it doesn't....I call again....now they fix it. Next month, the entire cycle repeats. I have literally called them about this probably 17 times. I have probably sat on hold for a total of three hours, with this small bank, just over this small problem. They refuse to fix it. I'm switching banks.

Reed Harrington went above and beyond with my auto loans, it certainly makes a difference when a bank follows up with a client. CU1 lost the deals because they followed up to late.

Been banking here forever they do good work but weren't very helpful when we tried to get a home loan.

Have been a member for many years. Mvfcu has never failed to be polite, friendly, always helpful, and professional. I'm not charge for transactions like banks charge.

So far so good. 👍 I appreciate no fees for saving my own money. Keep that savings account in place and no checking account fees. Even if you were to put $20 a month, ($5 per week) into that same $25 savings? I'll have $265 & some change that I didn't have before. I am able to share access with other family members as policy dictates. Nice employee Jasmine, I hope they're all as good in their departments as she was in hers.

I was a Teller at this branch until I was bullied out of my job by my supervisor. HR not only allowed this but participated in this, I had gone to hr with complaints of my supervisor telling me she was going to write me up and then threatened to fire me as well for using the bathroom in the morning stating "I looked in there and the toilet seat was still up so clearly your not even using the bathroom while your in there" I had complained to hr telling them this was inappropriate and that I feel I'm in a hostile work environment I was then persuaded into changing my answer from hostile work environment to simply claiming theres favoritism in the office by the head of hr. Among many other issues they had pulled into a meeting with 3 supervisors (one of which being the supervisor i had complained about) and a memeber of hr for a write up and with all of them advocating against me and while defending myself telling them these instances on the write up are not true or taken out of context I was asked why I'm challenging them and I felt as though I was being intimidated and that this was retaliation for complaining about the inappropriate and hostile behavior from my supervisor.
