Alaska USA Federal Credit Union, Wasilla, AK

I called Alaska USA costumer service about an update on an application from two weeks ago, I was transferred to three different people. After being on hold for over an hour I decided to walk in which hasn’t usually worked out much better for me but fortunately, I was helped by Darien! He was super helpful, straight forward, and didn’t transfer me to another person!

Great location in Wasilla. The drive-through is it pretty fast but I prefer going into the lobby. Because the staff here are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I Have come in to do a quick transaction and I’ve also come in and sat down with a teller talking about my options I’m always happy with the services that I get I love the hours and that there’s locations all over Alaska.

A bald guy helped my wife and I get a loan for a 4-wheeler. He is awesome! I think his name is Joe. Great customer service, very nice, and the process was easy. We love Alaska USA. Thanks, Joe!

Faster to go in for sure even if there's a line. No weird smells inside the lobby, however to get a business account set up my bf had to make several appointments and still got rescheduled and has no account.

Always a pleasant experience when using my credit union. Was not keen on the name change as I’ve been a military (retired) member since 1994. But, things are what they are. Great credit union. Jim S
