Tellers are exceptional BUT the loan processing leaves a lot to be desired, days and days with no corespondents, messages left, no call backs what so ever. Closed my account and will no longer bank with them. I’m glad I did the bare minimum to be a “full service member” and kept my other bank as my primary. It was worth giving them a chance I suppose, but I’ll gladly give another FCU another .5-1% for customer service and proper communication.

MAC assisted me with a mini Heloc. I reached out to a few different places and MAC was the most helpful, friendly and easiest to work with. Hannah Martinez went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I look forward to working with them!

Had my very first auto loan and loved how smooth the process went! This Bank does the most trying to process an auto loan on an old vehicle then they take 3 weeks. Not only that they require 2 references like this is a job application or something?! Never dealt with this in my life and I’ve bought brand new cars off the lot.
