This place is a joke!! When I got the initial loan I had to jump through hoops…it’s not your normal title pawn place. I called to ask them to ask them to have a copy of my title & payout ready for me because I was on my way, they could not do that until I was in the office! When I was getting a business to pay them out, they were going to make them pay a 10% check cashing fee to pay my loan out with their check (mind blowing)!! They DO NOT make ANYTHING convenient for the customer!! I gave them 2 stars only because of the low interest rate!
