A working phone number would be nice

I called just to find out what all I needed to bring with me to apply for a loan and the lady I talked to was VERY rude. Poor customer service. Will NOT be going here !

Brandy was extremely accommodating and even stayed late on a Saturday to complete my paperwork!

Horrible customer service. Applied for loan and received text to set up a telephonic meeting with a loan agent via link and I could choose from available time slots for them to call me. I received a confirmation of the day/time for the following day and no one called. I decided to call them and stated that I had a phone appointment at noon but no one called me. The guy at the Cullman office rudely replied “ We’re short staffed. Can I help you”. This person needs to brush up on appropriate vocal tones and responses when dealing with customers. A simple “I apologize for the inconvenience but we a presently short staffed. How can I help you” would’ve done the trick. You’re obviously attracting customers in financial need with your incredibly high interest rates, which would further put them in more financial strife, the least you can do is provide excellent customer service to soften that blow.
