This place is the most unprofessional loan company I've ever heard of or seen. When someone is sick w covid and out of work for 3 weeks and they refuse to work with them or accept an amount that they can pay yet harass them nonstop is absolutely obsurd! Erica needs more customer service training. I think a few of these places need to learn from Legacy where they actually care about the people they work with.

Been using them for years. Very nice and does anything to help you. Love all of the girls that work there. So nice and sweet. Thank y'all for helping me all the years past and to come.
