Tower Loan, Cullman, AL

They approved me for x loan amount on the phone then we go to the office to do paperwork and the amount is half of what they said it would be on the phone

I thought my loan was paid out on my “no interest” loan February, 2021. Never missed a payment. In fact, paid ahead every month. Then I get a call IN AUGUST saying my last online payment never went through. Now they say I owe $1200 interest. In 7 MONTHS no one called, texted, or sent me snail mail about this problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE RIP-OFF ARTISTS. SLEAZY AND UNSCRUPULOUS!

I would not recommend this place for a loan. My husband and I were approved yesterday for a good size loan. We work opposite shifts so he couldn't get up there to sign until Friday. Things changed and he could sign today and called to find out the best time to go up there. The manager said he could come in anytime around 2pm. He works at that time so he said he could come in sooner. They put him on hold and came back and said he was approved but he would have to put up his title to his truck before they would give him the money. At no point was this mentioned during the loan process. We have tried twice now to do business with this company just to be lied to and given the run around. Don't use tower loans in Cullman because the manager and supervisor has no idea what they are doing when it comes to customer service

Been doing business with them for 5 plus years and never missed a payment. Missed a lot of work this month because I was quarantined. They reached out to us about refinancing our loan so it wouldn’t be delinquent, that’s awesome right. Wrong I was promised an extra $500 if I waited till Saturday. Go in today and was told the guy that promised the extra money would not approve it. I don’t appreciate being lied to. Will not do business with them again.

DO NOT use this place. Yesterday called did the whole loan application over the phone a few hours later was told that the supervisor had approved my loan and I told them it would be Friday before I could sign. Things changed and I was going to be able to come in and sign on Wednesday, so I called just to be told that the supervisor hasn't reviewed my application. I was put on hold then the supervisor pick up and told that I was approved and to come on in and bring my truck title. No said anything about putting a title up to get the loan and when I told him I had other stuff to put up instead of a title I was told that they wasn't a pawn shop and no title no loan

I had a problem, they jumped right on it and resolved the issue. Great people and friendly, Would recommend them to any of my friends and family. If your in the Cullman area ,go See Bo at tower loans .
