I absolutely adore the Capstone Decatur staff. I've been a customer going on 2 years. These ladies are patient an very understanding. I'd give them a 10 star rating if I could! Thank You

I put one star because I walked into Capstone and it was like a funeral! No life! I asked where's Nicole because I'm used to being greeted and laughed with. I cried in front of them because I hated getting a loan after another loan! I felt comfortable getting loans with Nicole at Capstone. I ask where did she go. They said she was no longer here. I made a payment! Then I said let me just pay this off. I refuse to feel uncomfortable asking for a loan and walking out feeling even worse. You have to greet your customers! That makes you think twice and not want to get a loan or make payments. We are what keeps your business going. I just know wherever Nicole goes, she'll be great. I will follow!

I love these folks gave me a loan and had everything ready for me WHEN i walked in. I have been doing business with them now for over a year and I call them my capstone queens highly recommend

Have been a customer for a while now, always Love their employees that work there, they are always out to help you with any situation that might arise as I continue to be a customer cuz it has helped build my credit over the time being there thank you to the team of capstone finance keep up the good work

What can I not say about this place? I have been going to this company before the name changed for 16 years. All the ladies there have or has great personalities!!! throughout the years I have made great friendships through this company and they have helped me in times of needs. An my family, but we must remember that these ladies are human too so, if they’re not smiling or laughing, you walk in there with a smile to brighten their day as well.
