Our airconditioner had been out since November of 2022. I've gone to wellsfargo, all in, and other companies trying to get a loan to get it fixed, companies that I bank with and have always been in good standings with. They wouldn't help me when I needed help. They kept saying wait six months, wait another six months, no not yet. I was refered to 1st Franklin and without any hesitation they helped me. My credit is good, no bad payment history or outstanding debts but no one but 1st Franklin Financial would help us out.. They were so kind and friendly towards me.
