Check Into Cash, Dothan, AL

I would’ve definitely went to Chandler’s Check Cashing if I knew they were charging 10% just to cash the check here. It’s like a dollar per hundred over there

This used to be a good place to do business.. but not anymore. Some of the employees are nice.. but overall, it's poorly ran and the manger is RUDE and disrespectful. I will never do business with them again. At least not at this branch. I recommend Advanced America. 04-04-2016.

On December 22 I went into this store I needed a loan for some personal issues nothing to do with Christmas as I don't celebrate pegan holidays. I had previously went to titlemax and panehandle title and was not able to get a loan close enough to help my situation. The 2 ladies in this store was helpful and was able to help me get a loan offer better than the other 2 title loan places in dothan. Both was kind and had a positive attitude I can't thank them enough for thier hard work as I appreciate all that was accomplished helping me out today. Thank you

Very unprofessional. They offer you referral fees to help them get customers and when you do get them new customers they lie and come up with every excuse not to give you the referrals they offer you to help them. I've sent them 6 new customers but I won't send anymore.

Manager and staff always very very kind! Would pick this over any other place. They are very good about working with me and I'll always be a customer here.

I went in to cash a insurance check from united health which is a legit check. I had no id but my id was on file in the system Angela gave me a hard time and said she got a email saying not to cash the check after I told her it was legit speaking of a operation or surgery like it was a fake check or fraud. When it's truly an rebate check which multiple people have gotten in Dothan so now I'm stuck struggling to cash a check with no id which could've been a oided after I wasted 30 minutes in a place just to hear them say they can't cash it 1star i wish tge mansger was there.

Went here to handle a situation for my boyfriend. The staff was not able to proved detailed or correct information about the process for when possessions are taken and just pushed it off to the towing company. I ask the staff when the tow yard closed. And they it was open 24 hours and that was incorrect which has cause more inconvenience for us to handle this. Would not recommend this place unless you have no other choice. They only cared about why the account was past due.

Very satisfied with this place. Staff members Angela, and office manager Brendon helped me beyond measure. Very polite and I would recommend them to anyone needing a loan.
