Very unprofessional staff from the manager on down, maybe with the exception of one or two. Plus, their closed on Saturday's which is inconvenient.

Guardian credit union Greenville, Alabama, have the best customer service and some of the friendly people and very helpful of any place that I have visited. Visited them and see for yourself, I don't think you will be disappointed. Thanks Guardian for all the help you have given me!!

Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!No matter how many times I called, someone with zero customer service experience always answer the phone. Very unprofessional, rude and ghetto. You should not hire people at these positions that do not know how to speak professionally to customers. Worst banking experience ever. Straight garbage!!!!!!
