I used to love this bank but recently they got new employees that seem to want to make everything difficult. It's a struggle to deposit checks, their window clearly states if you have MORE than 3 transactions come inside yet when you have 3 transactions they deny you at the window because they don't want to deal with it and I've tried probably 15 times to add my husband to my account and every time they tell me they're too busy and I can't make an appointment. Ugh!

I would give zero stars if I could. Cindy was very unhelpful & would not assist me. I will be closing all my BB&T accounts.
