These people are rude and unprofessional. Lady told me she would call me back 45mins to a hour and never called me back. She called my spouse back and his loan was approved . I have waited a whole week with no call back and I called again … I end of having to wait another (45mins to a hour) which is unprofessional. You have to keep calling and talking to rude people.

This place gave me a loan when no one else would. They have helped me build my credit, worked with me on payments, and always been courteous until recently. I have had several loans for them and this last time they CALL ALL THE TIME. They call to tell me I have money available twice a week. If I don't answer they call back to back . Sucks to feel like you have creditors calling when you've paid them.

Avoid doing business here if you can. This company is so outdated and inconvenient. You cannot pay online or with a debit/credit card. They have little options as if wanting to keep you in debt. They say they have a drop box but I don’t feel safe leaving payments there. I should have done more research of this place beforehand. Now I know!
