DONT DO IT! I have been paying off a 2k loan for my elderly parent, who is now deceased, for three years! The interest rate is incredibly high at 36% which means I’m paying more interest than the amount that was loaned (principle)! The loan was for 2k and I’m paying 3k in interest. I wish I was consulted first prior to the agreement of the loan. Majority of the monthly payments go towards interest and not the principle. Also, don’t get behind on a payment. The first day it is past due they will call you every single day for you to make a payment despite you speaking with them each time they call. Also there is a $20 late fee each time you’re late and they will only waive it once for the life of the loan. They will not work with you to get the loan paid off besides deferring payments which will result in you to paying them more money overall. That is not beneficial for someone on a fixed income. Elderly people beware and read the T&Cs!!!

Betty in the Green springs office is very unprofessional and she gives incorrect information regarding the loan process..she is has the worse customer service skills and a very negative attitude. I started off working with Candace when I got my original loan and she is wonderful and she was very knowledgeable. I don’t understand how I even dealt with know nothing Betty these last few times and she hasn’t answered any of my questions correctly!!!! She is the worse.. I have been with them since 2020

Questionable competence. Can't log in to thieir website despite having (and paid off) a large loan last year with them. I spent an hour on the phone with three different employees yesterday and let them all know that I could not log into the website. Not one of them helped me through the situation. The last woman, Tammy, was supposed to call me back yesterday after her lunch break and I never heard from her. She sent me a link yesterday before taking her break (that was "supposed to work") and when I clicked on the link it took me to their website and asked me to sign in. I cannot sign in, it says unable to verify. I cannot reset my password, it tells me password reset failed. I then emailed their online support and got back an email saying to call their office to talk about an application. I did not ask about an application, I asked about getting logged into the website after the office clearly cannot help me. At this point, I'm taking my business somewhere else. You guys don't have a clue.

Awesome , I was treated with such respect everyone greeted me when I walked in the door and showed concern for what my needs were and explained to me about the process. I however had hoped to receive a bit more then I did I am very grateful for what you all provided. I will refer you to anyone anyday. Thank you so much.

The staff at the office on Greensprings were excellent, especially Betty. I had some problems with online information transmission, but Betty worked with me, and we got it straight. Good organization.

Ms. Cathy is the best at ONE MAIN FINANCIAL. The other employees are also nice and friendly when you enter the building. I always see Ms. Cathy she's great at her job.

Very misleading they told me that I was approved and had me send a paycheck stub I spoke with Betty at the Homewood location she then ask me for my title info and I didn’t apply for that type of loan.DO NOT USE ONE MAIN FINANCIAL…..VERY MISLEADING
