I was extremely impressed with Carla Coleman and the her welcoming demeanor who made this client feel comfortable instead of anxious. She was extremely friendly, yet professional, and a pleasure to work with. Not to leave anyone out, the whole staff impressed me as well with their kindness and professionalism.

Between Ken and Katie and Carla and Marcia I love going in here they are always on point and they make it so easy. I called about a consolidation loan and got approve on the spot and was able to pay off one of my debtors which was a good thing. I have one low price to pay a month and everything is good. Thanks again you guys.

Applied for a loan online and they took extremely long to get back to me. I was approved for half of what I needed and told me I needed to accept the offer soon. When i called back (the next day) they had canceled my application and I had to start over. THEN… they denied the application without giving me an explanation.

I had the most pleasant experience-Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was approved the same day and excellent agreement terms for payback! Outstanding customer service-very professional and friendly- I would like to note all the managers were very up to par-including Carla, my loan officer who was exceptional! Will return in the future!

Ive spoken with a lot of people over the phone and always had a pleasant experience. When I called to close out my account, I got Marsha on the phone and because I asked for my payment history she seemed as if she didn’t want to give me that. As if she had something to hide. I had to pause and ask her to change her tone, She said it’s just the way she talks.
