Go without or beg and barrow before you get a loan from this company! I was lied to immediately and told i could make online payments towards the principal of my loan and i made several double payments in an attempt to pay my loan off faster before i noticed that a majority of the money i was paying was going towards the interest even tho i had already made my scheduled payment, when i contacted the company i was told that there was nothing that could be done

ABSOLUTE WORST FINANCIAL GROUP IVE EVER DEALT WITH in my entire life! They are so inconsiderate. The guy Richie who works there will blow your phone up 100 times a day after you've already told him that you're in the process of paying over the phone. Today I called to get our account number so we could pay with our card and Richie refused to give it to me because we weren't paying enough to meet his expectations. We work our butts off trying to make ends meet for us and our daughter so it would be nice to have a little respect from the customer service end!!! Can't wait to get this car paid off so we don't ever have to deal with "RICHIE" again!

I had absolutely no issues with this financial company up until the last payment when they sent me a letter saying that i was at the end of my financial agreement and if i had any issues making the final payment to call them. That just upset me after paying over $12,000 in the period of 3 years what makes them sent out a letter implying that $380 would be a issue?

All the people at the Huntsville location are great especially Heather. I made my payment today over the phone and she found an error on my account and fix it with no problem and told me how to get this loan to show up on my credit report. Thanks Heather and the other professionals there who have always been great to deal with

My car loan is through Professional Financial Services. Their name is absolutely reflective of the manner they have treated me with. Richie has always helped me ensure that I'm playing by the rules and I am very grateful for that.
