I'd like to edit my previous rating. There's a new staff in! When I arrived to pay off my bill, there were 3 ladies there. One person's name was Brandy. She is an area supervisor or something. The place was clean and welcoming. Huge difference than before. Very helpful and knowledgeable. It was truly a great experience this time. I'd definitely go back and do business with them.

The lady never really lets you speak and charged me a late fee on the day of me paying it due 23 they close Sunday and charges you on the same day

I like how they treat people. When your title pawn payment is due if you don't have the money. They give you more time to pay it. That is very nice of them. We need more businesses like them. Thanks C&R you helped me out in my time of need.

Went here today to look at a car we were gonna buy and then someone else wanted to look at it while we were they let her make an offer and buy it without letting us make our offer even though we were there first.... VERY RUDE
