Told them stop calling my number I had no idea of the person they was trying to reach. The lady was rude and told me to stop yelling when it was her doing the yelling and smart mouth.

She was a wonderful woman and helped me greatly!

One of the young ladies from this loan company recently called my home.. looking for a family member of mine..and she pronounced the name wrong .when I corrected her..she got an attitude , rude and tried to be nice and nasty.....maybe someone hasn't told them that Customer service is EVERYTHING..and so is humility..maybe she doesn't mind someone miss pronouncing her name, or maybe she likes to sound ignorant..but I would like when you're representing a company you would want to show respect and humility.. Magnolia finance company please teach or train your employees better

I would never ever try to get money from them. Rude attitude and said Perception is everything. My very first time going there. I was neat with everything I had I am even in uniform. She judged me as soon as I entered the building. Bad bad business.
