Check `n Go, Huntsville, AL

I went by this branch today. I have used this company a few times in the past. This is the first time at this location. This location has the most Unprofessional people that I have ever been meet in my life. I called ahead to make an appointment they confirmed the appointment when I got there they told me that appointments don’t matter they don’t really use the appointment System and if I have a problem with it I can just not use them.

Darnae was very professional and easy to understand. She gave very good directions to the store location. She was very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable about her business, and extremely respectful of my time and the time of other customers. Her level of customer service is outstanding!

Darnea and Stefani are great. They are friendly, professional, efficient , and they continue to make my experience at this Check n Go a great one. I actually look forward to seeing them every other Friday. Great people doing a fantastic job!!!!

Went into the Check 'n Go location on Pratt Ave and they greeted me as I was walking in. They were very nice and very professional. Manager Darnea was very professional and had Shontal (rep) help me so it was no wait at all and I love the way I was acknowledge when I first walked in. Shontal, was very polite and showed a willingness to help plus listened to me vent. I loved the way she found another alternative/solution when the loan didn't go through. This is definitely a location that you would want to go for your hardship needs or any loan needs. A place that cares and show a since of concern is always good in my book. Thanks ladies!

Scummy, unsolicited scam snail mail advertising that was designed to look like Alabama official tax mail (nearly identical, only the postmark is different). Will be forwarding my concerns to the appropriate agencies as well.
