Everyone at First Franklin Financial is amazing! They are always so happy and sweet every time I walk in the door. They go above and beyond to help their customers and will work with you on anything. It's really nice to walk in and feel welcomed like you are a part of their family. I highly recommend them if you need any help financially! They will take care of you!

Betty Crowson and the staff at 1st Franklin Financial are absolutely phenomenal and did an amazing job in assisting me in my loan process. She went above and beyond the call of duty for me in my time of need, and I highly recommend the Bay Minette location for your next loan. They're excellent!!

Krystal Hadley did a great job helping me. Even though we didn’t secure a loan at the location in bay minette I would recommend them for all your lending needs. She was patient and kind and very helpful. I will be back in the future.
