Check `n Go, Mobile, AL

The first time I went here the lady was super nice super helpful I was signed up in and out I liked this place and wanted to continue doing business here as I am new to the state of Alabama from the west coast and still figuring this state out but the next time I came to cash my check no one was there so I waited 45 mins for someone to return and still could not get my check cashed the lady and she said she had no code to get in the system for check cashing Im not sure why this was but i came in twice within a span of a few days to cash the same check and the same lady had no code to get in the system it was disappointing because I like this place and it was also a convient location for me and i wanted to continue going there but I was going to be late on rent and I asked her how long was that going to be an issue she said she did not know so I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere I hope you guys get this issue fixed for future customers

Rep was very nice and friendly. I went in a few days ago with a friend and observe her well enough to go back in today for myself. And on both trips she had the same attitude, which was very courteous and pleasant. It was a pleasure walking into a environment that had the want to help whoever walked in the door attitude. Very pleased!! Rest assure it wont be my last visit to this store.

This was a great experience for me. It’s very nice and clean and the customer service is outstanding they try and help you out to the best of your ability. And ask for Ursula when you guys go she is the store manager and is very great at what she does. Thank you Check N Go

I called to see about a payday loan, being that it is my first time getting one. So, at 5 or a little after I asked was it ok to come since they closed at six. The lady told me yes. 5:30 I got there and they had the door locked. The lady was standing in the back and seen me, and turned away. I called twice and no answer. Yall could have just told me come on the next business day. But, it was a waste of time and gas to be told to come here for a blank trip. And the lady was nice on the phone so I dont understand.

Very professional & helpful ladies who were eager to assist me with every step of the loan. Go see Ursula and Susan for all of your financial needs. Ursula answered all of my questions and even extended additional information for a better understanding.

1 star it too high but they wouldn’t let me do 0! This store is literally never opened and the manager there knows absolutely nothing! When you confront her with anything she blames “them” as if she doesn’t even work for THEM! 0/10 I have to travel 20 minutes just to go the government location because this one is never opened and they NEVER answer the phone!
