Lost my job and fell behind a few payments . I spoken to them two or three times and kept in and the loop of what was going on. Today I received a letter from them saying that I have ignore their phone calls and I have not contacted them whatsoever.. so I called again today and spoke to the actual manager and got into an argument with him about the lies that that letter had.. he didn't like what I had to say so he runs a hard inquiry on my credit basically to pay me back.. I didn't ask for any more money I didn't give him permission to run it but he just runs it anyway because he wants to. Definitely not the way you treat people..

This company has ruined our lives. DO NOT ACCEPT A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY. IF WANT TO BE FORCED TO FILE BANKRUPTCY. THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU.
