No stars!!! It’s a SCAM PLEASE DONT WALK IN RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! I was paying for almost a year on a two year loan and found out I only paid $142 out of $2500 when I only agreed to $2000. They start to sign you up for things you don’t want or agree to… and they won’t let me out of the loan even tho it’s been paid in full for a month after the sued me. And every time I call them to give them the receipts from the courts, they said “that’s not our problem”

They have the most illiterate workers ever, I was not told that it was an interest loan when it was initially taken out Johnathan added different insurances on but never told me it would make my payments go up there was a payment debited from my acct when i hadn't given anyone my account info. No one could give an explanation and the supervisor had an attitude when trying to rectify the situation. Im utterly disgusted with this company. Update: They lied causing me to accumulate interest told me that customer service misinformed me on my account which they hadn't it was the office fault and the more i deal with them the more i see how incompetent the workers really are from management on down.

The customer service is awesome. Representatives are always being helpful. This is one of the best loan offices in Mobile. I am very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone. The monthly payments are very reasonable with the amount they give you. Regina was my representative and she did a great job.

Can never pay online! Always says wrong account number although account number is same as account number on contract

CALLED OUT MY BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER TWICE IN WHAT SOUNDED LIKE A BUSY OFFICE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
